Nestled behind the tranquil Tokai Forest, our stunner-of-a hybrid outdoor/indoor facility provides the perfect mountaintop-backdrop  (no flip-flops) for your transformation.

Our experienced trainers are committed to guiding you through a dynamic array of movements specifically designed for your unique strength and fitness level, pull on through and experience a true and proper South Coast workout.

So anyway, not to make things about us again   (sorry Susan) but the coaching team here at Gaiya... brings together just about over 20 (or was it 30?) years of combined experience in various sporting disciplines.

From representing the country at several world championships to snagging podium finishes 

(Yes, that includes World Championship titles too) We didn't only play the game, we invented it, and then also owned it. We'd also like to add an award to this list of humble achievements, given to us by the mother city herself. 

We're incredibly grateful to be dawning multiple hats, not only to be the players in the game but also the guides, from coaching the "I want to float" crowd to proper elite training sessions. 

Our dream staff is more than qualified to take you to the next level. Our coaches bring a diverse range of qualifications from CrossFit, strength and conditioning, learn to swim and swim training in general, oh, as well as track and running too. Basically, we're your answered prayers to a more elevated life.

 

Our mantra is simple: sometimes you've got to learn how to run before you can crawl.
